Role Overview-

As an Employee Relations Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, managing the candidate process, and ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires. Your role will cover employee engagement, conflict resolution, and the continuous improvement of employee relations practices.


Key Responsibilities-

🛠️ Employee Relations Strategy: Develop and implement strategies that align with our company’s goals and values.

👥 Candidate Process Management: Oversee the candidate journey, including group discussions, interviews, compensation negotiations, and onboarding. Ensure a smooth progression and provide support at every stage.

🚀 Onboarding Support: Manage and assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring their successful integration into the organization.

📞 Primary Contact for Inquiries: Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations inquiries, resolving grievances and conflicts in a timely manner.

⚖️ Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees or between employees and management, fostering effective communication and resolution.

📚 Training and Development: Conduct training sessions on company policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.

💡 Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

📊 Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, guiding managers in conducting performance reviews.

📝 Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues and their resolutions.

📈 Reporting: Prepare reports and analyses on employee relations trends for senior management.

🤝 Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

🔄 Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on current trends in employee relations and seek ways to improve our processes.

🕵️‍♂️ Verification and Background Checks: Perform verification and background checks as part of the hiring process.

💪 Candidate Motivation and Support: Motivate and support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring their engagement and successful integration into the organization.

📅 Daily Reporting: Provide accurate and timely daily reports to your Reporting Manager.


Compensation Details-

📋 Please review the job description first.

💼 PAY will be variable for the first five months starting from the date of joining.

💵 For the first five months, the payment will be based on performance.

💰 The Employee Relations Manager will receive ₹10,000 for each candidate whose hiring process they complete.

🗓️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.

📈 After the initial five months, the compensation will transition to a fixed CTC.

🔝 The fixed CTC will include a 20-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
