Job Description:

Tiivra is looking for an experienced Fulfilment Manager + Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing day-to-day store operations, inventory, and stock, ensuring smooth fulfilment of orders, and overseeing essential administrative functions along with housekeeping. 

The responsibilities are divided as follows:

50% - Fulfillment & Operations

50% - Administrative Work + Housekeeping


Key Responsibilities:


Store & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the store, including stock management, order processing, and overall store upkeep.
  • Coordinate stock receipt, storage, and dispatch processes.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.


Order Fulfillment:

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to streamline the order processing 


Daily Metrics Monitoring:

  • Track, analyze, and report daily operational metrics such as order fulfillment rate, stock levels, and store performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any issues or discrepancies


Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support including vendor coordination, inventory reports, and invoice management.
  • Manage day-to-day office tasks such as maintaining records, filing, and correspondence.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, fulfillment, and/or administrative roles.
  • Proven ability to manage store operations and inventory effectively.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related / any field
