Operations Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description: As a Fulfilment Specialist at Revvity Signals Software, you will play a crucial role in managing order fulfilment, customer licenses, and providing exceptional customer support. Your strong understanding of our commercial product offerings and expertise in electronic software delivery will ensure a seamless experience for our customers from pre‐sales to post‐sales. You'll work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate closely with various operations teams to get things done.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Handle incoming customer orders and accurately create entitlements.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries promptly, ensuring they are addressed within 24 hours.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with operations teams to resolve any issues with orders.
- Workflow Improvement: Continuously identify and implement ways to improve order processing efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed work instructions for fulfillment processes.
- Data Integrity: Support the accuracy of data in platforms like Flexera.
- Cross-Training: Provide backup support by cross-training with team members and other departments.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues within the electronic software delivery platform and prepare for new product launches.
- Customer Support: Be the primary contact for order fulfillment and customer entitlements, including licensing and activation support.
- Project Management: Take ownership of special projects and implementations, especially under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Use advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant software tools, with strong Excel skills for reporting.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 3-5+ years of experience in software fulfillment.
- Experience with order delivery, entitlements creation, and report generation.
- Ability to support time-sensitive technical projects.
- Provide recommendations and enhancement suggestions for order processing processes.
- Create and maintain work instruction documents.
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders within the organization.
- Intermediate knowledge and use of Flexera, NetSuite, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office Products.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Flexera ALM, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
