Role Summary

  • Program Management and Analytical Proficiency: To manage the retail training programmes aimed at capability building. Strong ability to curate, analyze and execute training programmes.
  • Content Creation: Proficient in content creation, handling management systems, as well as enhancing the content.
  • Learning Management System: Skilled in developing online/virtual and offline learning materials, visual/graphic design for Online LMS.
  • Capability center management: Hands on experience in developing and executing career progression plans.
  • L&D Audits and Quality Assurance: Perform L&D audits for stores to ensure that training and development programs maintain high quality and adhere to organizational SOPs.
  • Ability to design and conceptualize L&D modules as per the business requirement and incorporate the same with an understanding of the ROI of the executed learning session.
  • Experience in handling assessment centers and deriving role-based competency frameworks.


Key Result Areas

  • TNI: Assess both individual and organizational development requirements
  • Implement a blended learning approach (such as CRT, OJT, LMS, coaching, job-shadowing)
  • Design and deliver content as per business needs.
  • Conduct Assessment Centers to evaluate the effectiveness of development plans and support employees in maximizing their learning opportunities
  • Utilize tools for measuring learning effectiveness in the form of certifications and audits
  • Monitor budgets
  • Supervise training and L&D specialists


COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Demonstrated experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager, or in a comparable role
  • Up-to-date knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms
  • Background in L&D programme management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office, Canva and any Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, along with strong business acumen
  • Ability to establish rapport with employees and stakeholders
  • Graduation/MBA in Human Resources or a related field
