The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment in IT or Non-IT hiring and a willingness to learn about US & Domestic recruitment processes (guidance will be provided by our Account Manager).Key Responsibilities:Manage and fulfill internal hiring requirements across departments.Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the account manager for updates and feedback.Learn and support basic aspects of US recruitment under guidance.
