The CRM Manager will oversee the implementation and optimization of customer relationship management systems to enhance client engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing client data, managing CRM software, developing strategies for customer retention, and collaborating with teams to align business objectives with CRM initiatives. The role will also involve monitoring market trends to enhance segmentation strategies and drive sales success.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret CRM data and drive strategic decision-making.Excellent Communication and Sales skills to effectively manage client relationships and optimize customer engagement strategies.Proficiency in Market Segmentation to develop targeted campaigns and enhance client experience.Project Management skills to oversee CRM implementation and day-to-day operations.Familiarity with CRM platforms and software, as well as experience in managing and improving them.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the legal or professional services industry is an advantage.International Email & SMS Marketing Experience is must to have.
