Summary:

Take ownership for a new business division that is obsessed with driving customer delight while ensuring the small lean team is fully aligned, engaged and motivated to excel. The role will require you to be hands-on, contributing yourself along with managing a small team size and interacting with teams and customers that are spread across the United States and Australia.


Your typical week would entail the following activities:-

  • Identify, Document and Ensure compliance towards Processes and Internal standards
  • Identify Process gaps and work towards bridging them
  • Define and Measure success against KPIs
  • Manage workload, activities and tasks of team members to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring of additional team members to aid in company's growth
  • Interaction with clients, team and leadership team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Help in building a culture of high performance that is aligned with our core values

  • Ability to take extreme ownership of all the facets of the business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong preference to have everything documented
  • Keen eye for details with hyper focus on following a methodical approach
  • Ability to lead a lean team of 5 and be decisive
  • Be able to voice team concerns and champion the cause of the client with leadership
  • Proficient with computers, spreadsheets and ability to sit infront of a computer for extended periods
