We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a positive mindset to join our team

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR Operations and human resources technology
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations:
  • Support employees across the organization with HR Operations, expanding service
  • offerings to include process improvements, system implementations, and
  • transformations.
  • Develop, implement, and administer high-quality HR practices and procedures.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and other stakeholders to drive the organization’s
  • HR focus.
  • Manage and implement technology solutions within the HR function, including the
  • preparation of SOPs for new or modified platforms.
  • Work closely with IT to integrate various HR Tech platforms.
  • Educate employees on organizational policies and practices.
  • Handle labor relations, and compliance issues, and maintain integrity within the HR
  • function.
  • Design and implement effective reward and recognition programs.
  • Coach and guide the Shared Services/HR Operations team to build an effective shared
  • services model.
  • HR Business Partner – Resource Centre (Corporate Office):
  • Manage end-to-end employee processes from hiring to exit within the Resource
  • Centre.
  • Drive the Performance Management Process, including Personal Development Plans
  • (PDP) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
  • Support capability-building initiatives within the Resource Centre.
