We craft meaningful digital experiences that drive measurable growth.Position SummaryWe are looking for a creative and ambitious Content Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in content writing and management. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to be an influencer, has a proven track record of creating impactful content, and understands how to build narratives that connect with digital audiences. You will manage content across social media, websites, blogs, and LinkedIn while also engaging with influencers and brand collaborators.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-platform content strategies for SMEs and B2B clientsWrite and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media (with a strong focus on LinkedIn branding)Ensure brand consistency across content assets in tone, messaging, and visualsPlan and coordinate influencer collaborations and track ROIUse design tools (e.g., Canva) to support content with visualsManage and update websites (Squarespace, WordPress)Apply SEO best practices and conduct keyword researchLeverage AI tools for efficiencyMonitor analytics, prepare reports, and optimize strategiesKey Result Areas (KRAs)Deliver long-form content pieces monthly across platformsDrive month-on-month organic traffic growth for assigned clientsSuccessfully deliver influencer collaborations per quarterEnsure 100% adherence to content calendars and deadlinesMaintain satisfaction in internal and client reviewsSecure high-ranking SEO placements per quarterSubmit monthly reports with actionable insightsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3 years’ professional experience in content writing/managementProven ability to build LinkedIn branding and B2B thought leadership contentExcellent communication and storytelling skills across formatsFamiliarity with Canva, WordPress, Squarespace, and scheduling toolsKnowledge of AI content tools and SEO fundamentalsExperience with influencer engagement preferredHighly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-orientedBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)What We OfferCompetitive salary + incentives for performanceOpportunity to grow as a content leader and potential influencerHands-on experience shaping narratives across multiple industriesA collaborative and creative in-office culture in HyderabadVridhii Digital is an equal-opportunity employer.
