Domain: Prototype Lead Planner - ICE/ EV Vehicle Development


Project Deliverables:

-Project planning for EV/ PV prototype development

-Development all types of Automobile Parts and proto vehicles

-Monitoring Inventory and Incurrence for complete PV Project


Job Responsibilities:

-Manufacturing feasibility checking for all part development based on the drawings / design received & feedback to Designer accordingly

-Planning and scheduling of Parts required for Proto Build

-Part Development for all types of automobile parts

-Attending DMU Reviews of Proto Build & feedback to Designer

-Co-ordination with various Stake holders for on time delivery of Proto & parts to respective Testing Agency

-Planning and tracking of complete project, Forecast the constraints and come up with probable solutions

-Execute and monitor Dispatch Activity within India and export

-Estimation of Manpower and Material Budget for complete Projects

-Estimation of Proto vehicle Cost


Skills:

-Basic Knowledge of Drawings reading, GD & T

-SAP knowledge related MM Module

-Basic Knowledge related to taxes & financial terms.

-Proficiency in MS Office is MUST

-Leading the team

-Team building & collaboration


Domain Knowledge:

-Detailed Knowledge of all Automobile part development including EV parts

-Basic Knowledge of PLM System

-Basic Vehicle Knowledge of Assembly Process

-Knowledge of Various Manufacturing Process


Any Other Specific Requirement: Experience in EV part development / EV Vehicle development will be added advantage


Work Experience Details (If Any): 6-9 Years of experience in Prototype vehicle development or part/ Product development.
