Prototype Planner

Directly manages the relationship with CFT and is responsible for the logistics and the planning activities for internal processes, for direct / indirect material supply, and prototype deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defines, implements and monitors the logistics and internal planning, supply, and delivery processes;
Maintains a healthy relationship with customers to establish and follow the requests and the changes requested by them.
Ensures good communication (acts as interface) between internal customers, buyer and the Proto Operations Manager;
- Manages the forecast of customer requests in the short-medium term;
Ensures compliance with the daily and weekly delivery plan;
Ensures the availability of direct and indirect materials in accordance with the monthly delivery plan and inventory targets;
Participates in the daily scheduling of prototype production; sets priorities in planning;
Manages, monitors and optimises the costs for special transports to/from customers and scrap from prototypes processes;
Monitors annually VOC from proto clients, leads the analysis and establishment of improvement actions, ensures their implementation;
Approves the quality system documentation, specific to the department, for the logistic and planning processes.
