We are Hiring ServiceNow ITOM Developers


Location – Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Pune.


Key Responsibilities:

1. ServiceNow Expertise:

- Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM modules including

discovery, service mapping, event management, and cloud provisioning.

- Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve

service delivery.

2. Discovery and Service Mapping:

- Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery to identify all hardware and software configurations within the IT environment.

- Utilize Service Mapping to create comprehensive service maps, visualizing relationships and

dependencies between IT components.

3. Event Management:

- Implement effective event management processes to monitor and respond to IT incidents and

alerts promptly.

- Customize event correlation rules and policies to minimize false positives and enhance the

accuracy of incident detection.

4. Cloud Provisioning:

- Develop and maintain cloud provisioning processes within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless

deployment and management of resources in cloud environments.

- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineers to optimize cloud infrastructure for performance,

cost, and scalability.

5. Infrastructure and Cloud Knowledge:

- Possess a strong understanding of various infrastructure components such as servers, storage,

networks, and virtualization technologies.

- Stay up-to-date with cloud technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize

cloud services and infrastructure management.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security, to

align ITOM activities with overall business objectives.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on ITOM initiatives, issues, and

resolutions.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within IT operations.

- Conduct regular assessments and analysis to optimize ServiceNow configurations and workflows


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree

preferred).

- Extensive experience working with ServiceNow ITOM modules, especially in discovery, service

mapping, event management, and cloud provisioning.

- Strong background in infrastructure technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google

Cloud).

- ServiceNow certifications related to ITOM modules are highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

oriented environment.

- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ITOM solutions in enterprise

environments.
