HCL Commerce: Cloud is a Software Platform framework for e-commerce, including marketing, sales, customer, and order processing functionality. WebSphere Commerce is built on the Java - Java EE platform using open standards, such as XML, and Web services.


What we are looking for: SSE (Java with Spring Boot and Microservices) Development with 6+ Yrs of experience.

Strong development background with ability to write good code in one or more major programming languages:

Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and shell scripts.

Curiosity and passion for Cyber Security, sound knowledge of secure development life cycle is a plus.

Good understanding of Version Control Software Tools – Preferably Git is a plus.

Sound knowledge of cyber-attacks is a plus – XSS, CSRF and SQL Injection

Understanding of API based security and compliance standards.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick

resolution, often under pressure

Sound knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services and Service Oriented

Architectures) is a plus but not required.

B.S. or Higher in Computer Science or other technical discipline.


Responsibilities: -

Design, develop and test tasks, features, with security efficiency.

Follow change management processes during implementations.

Create conceptual and detailed technical design documents.

Provide accurate and timely estimates (work breakdown schedules)

Responding in a timely manner to support (L3) service requests and taking ownership of the same

Perform root cause analysis of problems and ensure that the issues are addressed in the next

maintenance release.

Help to develop and maintain a knowledge base of how our current security tools, processes, and software work together to solve security challenges.

Acting as a domain expert on the security side for HCL Commerce dev organization.

Working with security team members and engineering teams, discover potential security weaknesses.
