Personal Asst for CXO - For a Large Manufacturing Group


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Communication Management

  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.
  • Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and clients on behalf of the CXO
  • Draft responses and follow-ups as required.

Meeting Coordination

  • Organize meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic sessions.

Travel & Logistics

  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and visas.
  • Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle any changes or issues.

Project Assistance

  • Support the CXO in strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.

Office Management

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
