About the Role:


The Digital Marketing Manager at 32ND will be responsible for driving and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, foster customer engagement, manage the marketing strategy for 32ND’s mobile app, and optimize the brand’s performance on delivery platforms like Zomato.


This role oversees the digital strategy, execution, and performance of campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, the 32ND website, the 32ND app, and third-party delivery platforms.


As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Writer and Campaign Manager, Social Media Manager and other cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy that supports both customer acquisition and brand-building efforts.


Additionally, you will be responsible for improving the performance of 32ND’s F&B IPs on platforms like Zomato by optimizing listings, promotions, and visibility to drive sales and customer engagement.


What You Will Be Doing:


Digital Strategy Development and Execution


  • Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports 32ND’s overarching business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Channel Management: Manage digital channels such as the website, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and the 32ND mobile app. Ensure consistent messaging and high performance across all digital touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and the Content Writer and Campaign Manager to conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, conversions, and app usage.
  • Omnichannel Integration: Ensure a seamless integration of digital efforts with offline campaigns (e.g., events, print, PR) to provide a cohesive brand experience for customers across platforms, including the mobile app.


App Marketing Ownership


  • App Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a dedicated marketing strategy for the 32ND mobile app, focusing on growing app downloads, user engagement, and in-app transactions for both F&B and Residence offerings.
  • In-App Campaigns: Plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns such as push notifications, in-app banners, and personalized offers to drive engagement, retention, and conversions (e.g., restaurant bookings, event reservations, or residential inquiries).
  • App Analytics and Performance: Track app-related metrics such as installs, active users, session duration, and in-app conversions. Continuously refine app marketing efforts based on user data and behaviour patterns to improve overall app performance.
  • Delivery Platform Optimization: Lead the optimization of 32ND’s F&B brands on delivery platforms like Zomato. Focus on improving visibility, rankings, and sales through targeted promotions, menu optimization, and customer reviews.


Performance Marketing and Lead Generation


  • PPC and SEM Management: Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize click-through rates (CTR), reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), and improve overall ROI.
  • SEO Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings, drive relevant traffic to the 32ND website, and increase the visibility of both F&B brands and Residences.
  • Landing Page and App Optimization: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop and optimize landing pages and in-app content that convert visitors into leads. Focus on improving the user experience and ensuring high-quality lead generation for residential projects and F&B offerings.


Website and App Management


  • Website Ownership: Oversee the performance, content, and user experience of 32ND’s websites, ensuring optimized for SEO.
  • App Management: Work closely with development teams and product managers to ensure the 32ND mobile app delivers a premium user experience and that marketing efforts drive user engagement and loyalty.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously monitor website and app performance metrics (bounce rates, session duration, app retention) and implement CRO strategies to improve user journeys and drive higher conversion rates for both web and app-based interactions.


Data Analytics and Reporting


  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing channels and campaigns, including app marketing efforts. Focus on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, app downloads, in-app engagement, and ROI.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, app analytics tools, to gather insights on campaign performance and customer behaviour. Use this data to optimize future digital campaigns and refine the overall strategy.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on digital campaigns, landing pages, emails, and app features to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall performance.


Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment


  • Work Closely with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the marketing, events, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital campaigns, web, and app experiences.
  • Support PR and Offline Efforts: Work with the Marketing Manager to align digital strategies with PR campaigns, offline events, and partnerships to maximize overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers when necessary (e.g., PPC agencies, SEO consultants, app developers) to ensure high-quality service delivery and alignment with business goals.



What You Bring to the Table:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field along with 7-8 years in a similar role
  • Identifying and testing new digital channels and tools
  • Brainstorming new campaign ideas and growth strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, PR, social media) to ensure seamless campaign coordination and execution.
