Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive & Counsellor located in Indore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for daily tasks such as new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication.

  • Ability to foster strong relationships with students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for education, commitment to equity and a desire to positively impact students’ lives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students and their families.
  • Calling students and working professionals.



Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, College and School Visits for Seminars.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Account management experience
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Ability to foster strong relationships with students, parents, teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for education, commitment to equity and a desire to positively impact students’ lives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with students and their families.
