Job Summary:
Our Company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (Senior Level) to join our Human Resources department to manage and oversee our full recruitment cycle. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the current job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and passionate about finding the best talent to help our organization succeed. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with the management to understand the staffing requirements, source candidates through various channels, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
The candidate will be required to be based out of Worli, Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
2. Collaborate with management to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria that align with organizational goals.
3. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
6. Utilize innovative recruitment techniques and tools to enhance the candidate experience and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
8. Analyse recruitment metrics and data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies, universities, and industry associations, to expand the talent pool.
10. Provide guidance and support to managers, management and interviewers on effective interviewing techniques and best practices for candidate evaluation.
11. Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent.
12. Build a team to source Talent and maintain the company strategy on talent.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Department with a track record of successfully recruiting top talent in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
6. Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus.
