We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead our in-house projects and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our in-house projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and align with our company's goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication of goals, roles, and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project, monitor progress, and manage risks. Ensure adherence to project plans and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment or managing software development projects.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and technologies (e.g., ReactJS, Node.js, Java, Python) is a plus
