We are looking for a ‘’Deputy Project Manager (AFC)” creative, game changer, innovative thinker, who takes initiative and is driven to help improve systems and embraces a culture of teamwork. Qualifications & Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or related field
- Minimum 12 years’ of significant experience with focus on Project Management and/or International Projects Execution.
- Preferably 7 years’ experience as deputy project manager for similar projects.
- Residing/able to reside in Bhopal & Indore
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Preferably having PMP or PSM certificates
- Strong skills including MS Project, Jira.
- Ability to read international tender documents and create a solution package
- Having experience managing large-scale, international projects.
- Build strong local and regional relationships with customers, ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally in the region as required.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environment - highly self-motivated
Job Description;
- Based on the contract, helps develop and implement the overall strategy for the execution of the project to achieve the project performance goals.
- Represents company towards the customer; controls and manages this interface and relationship. Manages the internal and external communication loop.
- Sets up and secures the necessary resources for the execution of the project.
- Takes immediately all necessary actions and decisions to guarantee financial, time, quality and safety performance to maximize project goals achievements.
- Supports the strategy for managing claims, and directs actions accordingly. Addresses claims by deciding on actions and leading them in consideration of the defined strategy.
- Defines a Risk Management Plan. Constantly updates and reviews the risk and opportunities of the Project. Evaluates and decides on actions that benefit the overall performance of the Project. Follows-up these actions implementation and results.
