Roles & Responsibility -
● Work independently on assigned with minimal supervision.
● Support senior-level colleagues in project execution and delivery.
● Develop and lead specific works streams within projects.
● Manage stakeholder relationships and communication.
● Work closely with Project Managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
● Conduct research and data analysis to support project tasks.
● Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
● Manage assigned tasks and deliverables on time and within budget.
● Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
● Identify and proactively address project risks and issues.
● Document project activities and findings accurately and concisely.
● Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications -
● Bachelor's degree in engineering - Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical & Electronics, Environmental science, Civil and other relevant field such as sustainability, and engineering.
● Post graduation in with a focus on Sustainability or ESG, M.Tech or M.E. in Environmental Engineering, M.Sc. in Environmental Management, or related fields
● Experience in project management, consulting, or a related field (depending on level).
● Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus.
● Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
● Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
● Experience required 3-6 Years.
