Pre Sales Intern

Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients via email, phone calls, and online meetings to introduce our SaaS products and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products effectively to potential clients.
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals tailored to the needs of individual clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop strategies for client acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and relevant information in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product updates, and best practices in pre-sales and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a passion for technology and SaaS products.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or pre-sales is a plus.
