Job Overview

Makaz Software Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying potential clients, promoting our software products and IT services, and building long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Lead Generation
  • Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose suitable solutions.
  1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support during the sales process.
  1. Product Knowledge and Demonstrations
  • Gain a deep understanding of Makaz Software Solutions' products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver tailored presentations to showcase solutions effectively.
  1. Achieving Sales Targets
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and maximize lead conversion.
  1. Reporting and Market Analysis
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales progress, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven track record in IT sales or a similar role.
  • Experience with selling software solutions, IT infrastructure, or cloud services is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales tracking software, and MS Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and hardware solutions.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
