Position Overview:
KAM Manager will be responsible to build strategies and bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will train the team to develop new relationships with potential clients.
KAM Manager will be primarily tasked with managing the team members, making strategies, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining connections with the companies for repetitive selling and gathering contact details & product history
· Led high-end meetings with key decision-makers in the industry delivering the presentations and requesting reference permissions and referrals
· Creating tailored presentations based, on the key accounts and scheduling meetings
· Conducting presentation to discuss pain points and opportunities to generate leads
· Converting the leads to successful closures through effective negotiations
· Maintaining the total lifecycle of orders till delivery and pick up till the point of getting paid
· Coordinate with internal departments and teams to guide the team on how to give customers a seamless experience
· Develop strategies to grow existing accounts and ensure quality and cost-effective services
· Led the team of Account Managers and oversaw their accounts for optimum results

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
· 5-8 Years of relevant experience in account hunting & farming
· Previous experience with B2B Product Industry
· Open to travel – PAN India
· Experience in managing Account Management sales professionals
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
