We are seeking a highly organised and strategic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our event management division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex operations, including live events and weddings


Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Working Model: Onsite

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary Range: 5 - 6 Lpa

Experience Required: 4-5 years


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the event management division, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all projects.
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage logistics and operations for a variety of events, including corporate functions, product launches, experiential marketing campaigns..
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of event production are executed flawlessly.
  • Develop and manage budgets for events and weddings, ensuring adherence to financial constraints and cost-effective execution.
  • Oversee the production of on-screen content, ensuring alignment with event themes and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that brand messaging and content are consistently represented across all events.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiation of contracts and coordination of services.
  • Ensure that all vendors meet performance and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in operations management within the event management or marketing industry, including experience with wedding curation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations, high-profile events, and diverse teams.
  • Experience with brand building, experiential marketing, and content creation is highly desirable.
