Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the networking hardware or Telecommunication industry.
  • Experience in the networking products like Routers, Switches, IP Telephones, PBX or EPABX.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in channel distribution and B2B sales.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Good understanding of IP communication solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in managing a sales team
