Channel Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As a Channel Sales Manager at Arvind SmartSpaces, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our market presence through our channel partners. You will manage and grow relationships with external partners, ensure successful sales execution, and meet revenue targets within a defined region or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, consultants, and developers. Ensure effective communication and alignment on sales objectives, processes, and product offerings.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize channel partner performance. Monitor sales activities and track progress towards achieving sales targets.
- Business Development: Identify new channel partners and opportunities in the market to increase reach and grow sales volume.
- Training & Support: Provide training, resources, and support to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to sell Arvind SmartSpaces products effectively.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports to management. Identify key market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with channel partners to secure sales deals and ensure all agreements align with the company’s objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Work closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business through effective partner networks.
- Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on channel or partner sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a network of channel partners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
