- Assist Social media head in Increasing Engagement quotient measurable through social media analytics like Rival IQ / Konnect Insight
- Executing campaigns across different social media channels
- Monitor & analyse social media metrics and optimize efforts to achieve the marketing goals and achieve on-ground results.
- Manage budgets allocated to achieve optimal ROI
- Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, half-yearly and Yearly report creation.
- Overview and coordination with Online Reputation in charge to timely reply to all social media comments and queries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
