Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for ideating & executing brand campaigns across online & offline platforms. Handle the brand's presence on social media, building strong relationships with influencers and followers. Working closely with internal teams, the incumbent will lead initiatives that elevate the brand’s positioning and visibility in the market.


Responsibilities:


Planning:

  • Define and refine the brand proposition, ensuring consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Manage both long-term and short-term strategies for digital and offline channels.


Creative & Content Management:

  • Ideation & execution of all brand campaigns from LTO's to festive offers across all platforms.
  • Lead creative concept & content development and collaborate with the design team to produce aligned and compelling content.
  • Ensure uniformity in creative outputs across all channels, from social media to point-of-sale (POS) materials.
  • Manage timelines, and final approvals for all content and creative projects.


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, analyzing data to optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and execute a social media calendar.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and oversee ORM (Online Reputation Management).


  • Align with internal stakeholders (Category, Ecommerce, Retail Marketing, Operations) to ensure brand coherence and effective campaign execution.
  • Work with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and expectations.
  • Mediating and promoting cohesion across digital & offline channel.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in brand communications, content strategy, or social media management.
  • Prior experience working with fast-growing D2C brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in ideating and executing campaigns, with strong experience in providing creative direction.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Ability to conceptualize and drive brand campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Experience in influencer management and social media engagement is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with social listening tools, content automation tools, and AI writing tools such as Grammarly, ChatGPT, and others.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools for optimizing campaigns.
