The Role:

As the Performance Marketing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing innovative performance marketing strategies and staying at the forefront of Search, Social, and Programmatic Trends.
  • Crafting customised solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Monitoring and providing strategic guidance for account performance.
  • Efficiently managing and optimising client budgets.
  • Contributing to multichannel strategy and planning efforts.
  • Leading and organising your team, ensuring priorities are clear and tasks are efficiently delegated.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through effective communication and participation in meetings.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on search, social, and programmatic marketing experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience.
  • Experience with large SEM and Social budget.
  • Good understanding of how SEO works with SEM.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Agency experience is a MUST.
