MCG Talent are working with a multi-award winning global digital agency, and are on the search to find a Performance Marketing Director to join their growing team based in Bangalore, India.

Established across 25+ markets with more than 1800 experts, our client is looking for a Performance Marketing Director to shape the future of their marketing strategies within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop multichannel strategies and oversee the planning initiatives.
• Keep up with the latest of Search, Social and Programmatic tends.
• Monitor and provide strategic guidance on performance of accounts.
• Manage and optimise client budgets.
• Lead and organise team, ensuring priorities are clear and tasks are efficiently delegated.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of agency experience, hands-on search, social, and programmatic marketing experience.
• Strong team leadership experience; minimum of 2-3 years of team management experience.
• Experienced with large SEM and Social budgets.
• Solid understanding of how SEO works with SEM.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
