About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Pidge, you will play a pivotal role in driving the

company's growth through strategic and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is

an experienced professional with a proven track record in performance marketing, analytics,

and optimizing conversion funnels.


Responsibilities:

● Manage the entire funnel (Small/Micro businesses) Manage top of the funnel Medium

and Large Businesses. (Revenue of Long tail + Generating Marketing Qualified Leads

for Enterprise Accounts)

● Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with business goals.

● Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across

various channels, such as digital advertising, social media, email, and other relevant

platforms.

● Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and data to assess campaign

performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

● Conversion Optimization: Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to

enhance conversion rates and user engagement.

● User Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition efforts by identifying and targeting key

audience segments through effective marketing channels.

● Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI

and efficient allocation of resources.

● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including

product, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
