Job Overview:


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Interior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, a keen eye for design, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. As an Interior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing client accounts, and promoting our range of interior design products and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead generation within the interior design industry.
  • Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored interior design solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively present and sell them to clients.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through to project completion and follow-up.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. Prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and satisfaction.
  • Negotiation: Handle negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design, home furnishings, or related industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Passion for interior design and an understanding of design principles and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
