Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential clients involved in large-scale construction projects, including contractors, builders, developers, and architects.
  • Market Research & Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the construction industry.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry.

Project Tracking & Coordination:

  • Monitor the progress of assigned projects, ensuring that materials are delivered on time and in compliance with project specifications.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project-based sales, preferably within the building materials or construction industry.

CTC:

7 LPA
