Job Title: Technical Sales Officer (Adhesives)

Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of adhesive products, their applications, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to adhesives for customers.
  • Technical Support: Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Product Development: Collaborating with R&D teams to innovate and improve adhesive products based on market feedback.
  • Training: Conducting training sessions for customers on product usage, application techniques, and best practices.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Collaboration:

  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • External Collaboration: Partnering with suppliers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the adhesive industry.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in technical sales or a technical role within the adhesive industry is highly preferred.

Skills:

  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Additional Information:

  • Travel: Some positions may require frequent travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.
