**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Visiting educational institutions, colleges, universities and coaching centers in the territory and making tie-ups for student engagement/acquisitions.
- Visiting corporates, SMEs and start-ups in the territory and pitching staff training solutions, Also seeking placement opportunities/ internships for our trainees.
- Conducting seminars, webinars, engagement meetings for students, so as to explain the benefits of our Job oriented programs, passing on interested students’ data to the counselling team.
- Pitching “beginners” courses to students, in order to get mass activations.
- Maintain database and report of prospects called and follow ups done, on the sales CRM.
- Ensure timely closures after virtual meeting of prospects with senior leadership team.
- Place of posting will be Dehradun(Uttarakhand).
- Graduates in any stream/MBA with a passion for sales.
- 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Sales / B2B, preferably in education or ed-tech industry
- Must be a quick learner and be adaptable to work in a fast-paced work culture.
- Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.

**Key Result Area**:

- Meeting and exceeding institutional and corporate sales and revenue targets.
- Expanding network of prospects through reference collection, reaching out prospects through Linkedin and other online platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
