As a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS), USAFact is dedicated to customer service, cutting-edge technology, and quality assurance to deliver tailored screening programs that meet diverse client needs.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time role for an Appointment Setter located in Bengaluru. The Appointment Setter will focus on scheduling appointments, generating leads, and initiating communication with prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the sales team, maintaining accurate scheduling records, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and contributing to a smooth appointment-setting workflow. This role requires proactive engagement with potential customers and strong organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently.This will be a 9pm to 6pm shift (some flexibility to this)QualificationsExcellent phone skills, being able to get a hold of the decision makersProficiency in Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, and Lead GenerationStrong skills in Communication and Customer ServiceExcellent organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage tasksPrevious experience in a similar role or relevant industry is a plusBasic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling toolsPrevious experience in a sales support, telemarketing, or high-volume appointment-setting role is a significant plus.
