Qterra Property Management is seeking a motivated and dynamic high performance Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively selling our tenant placement services through appointment setting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Qterra Property Management's tenant placement services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their property management needs and identify opportunities for our services.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our tenant placement service, highlighting how it can add value to clients' properties.
- Set appointments with qualified leads for our sales team to further discuss our services and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and prospects in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of converting leads into appointments.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
