Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting manager to join our team for India hiring. The candidate will have a strong background in senior and leadership hiring focussed on technology/ IT services Industry, ability to mentor teams, managing customers and a deep understanding of the Indian job market. This role involves working as an individual contributor, coaching, and leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality resources to our clients. Experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency and senior / leadership role is a MUST Please note of your experience is only in technical mass hiring you will not be considered.

Skills –

  • Around 5 -10 years of experience in India search business, with at least 3 -4 years in a managerial role. Majority of above experience should be in a reputed vendor / agency search company.
  • Proven Experience in hiring manager and above roles in sales, practice, delivery, and other senior management teams in the Technology Industry.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance, this role will have teams reporting into the Manager.
  • Solid experience in independently managing customers / Accounts, generating demand and meeting revenue goals.
  • In Depth understanding of IT services and technology industry and roles within this industry.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Must have existing relationships and demonstrate relationship building capability.
  • Demonstrate learning, coaching, goal orientation and work independently.
  • Implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of job boards, social media, and professional networks. Strong understanding of the Indian job market and recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBAs will be a plus
