Looking ahead, Oasis Hospitality Services(OHS) is committed to expanding our footprint in key markets / enhancing our service offerings through innovation, and becoming a leader in sustainable hospitality practices. OHS provides the types of solutions to Hotelier as mentioned below.

The company is at the initial level, doing surveys with the Hotel aiming to improve the hotel Industry by enhancing the Hotel's Amenities, Interior, Exterior, customer service, and Marketing strategies to make sure to grow the revenue of Hotels effectively, by implementing groundwork and technology together. The Company covers a wide range of future areas such as restaurants, travel, and tourism, so a bit more detail would help tailor the solution to Hotalier's needs.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder at Oasis Hospitality Services, located in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making of the company. This includes overseeing sales, marketing, research, and customer relations. You will collaborate with the team to drive growth, foster innovation, and shape the future of the Hospitality Market in India.

The Company is already pre-funded by Angel Investor with a valuation of Rs.50L


Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in 2-3 domains such as Sales and marketing, Management, Hospitality and Travel industry.
  • Preference for MBA degree holders from a reputed college/ Or IITian
  • Ability to conduct thorough research
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Reliable, Trustworthy, and Clear minded.
  • Quick Decision-making capability prior to analyzing the scenario and current capability of the company
  • Must be Motivated & Passionate toward responsibilities, means focus-minded.
  • Must have good analytical skills and be solution-oriented.
  • Understand and Lead the TEAM along with the Vision of the company.
  • Strong alignment to the values of the organization and Result Orientation.
  • Strong presentation skills, engagement and networking skills
  • Should not hesitate to do minor work and have a ground-level personality.
  • Should have intermediate knowledge of Excel/PPT/Sale/Business Model/IT/Management.
  • The person should have the patience to work without any expectations for a couple of year. The projects will take time to recognize.


  • This is an Equity/Esop-only position, however, basic compensation will be paid to the right Co-founder. The company has been pre-funded and must be self-sustainable in 6 months. Meanwhile, expect to raise second-round funding next year if required. Most welcome if the person comes with Investment to grab extra equity in the company. Thanks for showing interest in us.
