**Role Summary**:
As a Co-Founder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, culture, and operational success. You will work closely with the founding team to develop and implement our business model, secure funding, build partnerships, and lead our growth initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a venture that aims to make a significant impact in the housing finance industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the founding team to refine and implement the business strategy.
- Lead the efforts to secure seed and subsequent rounds of funding from angel investors, venture capital firms, and other financial sources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
- Oversee the development and deployment of our technology platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to build our presence in the market.
- Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve our business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the mortgage lending industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the finance sector, with a strong preference for individuals with expertise in mortgage lending or housing finance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successful business ventures or significant contributions to startups.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent networking skills with a broad range of contacts in the finance industry.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the Indian mortgage sector.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- MBA /CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent advanced degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. Investment Analysis and Execution Financial Modeling and Valuation: Develop financial models to evaluate the financial viability and potential returns of investments. This includes forecasting revenues, expenses, and cash flows, and performing valuation analyses using various methodologies. Structuring Deals: Negotiate and structure investment deals, which include determining the investment amount, equity stake, valuation, and terms of investment. Legal and Compliance: Work with legal teams to ensure that all investments comply with regulatory requirements and that all contractual documents are in place.
