Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to join our sales & marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and leads for our products/services. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and digital marketing expertise.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, and events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and content creators, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify key market segments, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
Optimize lead generation processes and workflows to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
Track, measure, and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns using analytics tools and KPIs.
Continuously test and iterate on campaign elements to improve results and optimize marketing spend.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
