What You'll Do:
- Design and build Workday integrations across Zendesk’s Workday modules
- Partner closely with the People Ops and Payroll organization to understand their needs and collaboratively improve the employee experience
- Oversee day-to-day Workday integration tickets and maintenance
- Manage time, expectations, and delivery of several concurrent projects
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Communicate technical Workday concepts to our business partners
- Translate ambiguous or incomplete requirements into technical solutions
- Write clear documentation for designs, project planning, and testing
- Follow change management and SOX-related policies
- 4+ years of Workday integration experience and other P&P applications in a growing enterprise (required)
- 3+ years in Workday Studio, Reporting (RaaS), CCBs, PICOF, and Document Transformation integrations, and Workday Custom Reports (required)
- 3+ years’ experience with Workday HCM, Security, US Payroll, International Payroll, and Benefits modules (required)
- Familiarity with BIRT, PECI, and Document Transformation
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, XML, XSLT
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.
- Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.
- Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.
- Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.
- Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.
- Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.
- Continuous improvement mindset: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with emerging technologies
