About Pure WiffPure Wiff is a fast-growing D2C fragrance brand offering premium car and home fragrances. We are building an experience-led brand with high creative output and strong storytelling. We are growing using performance marketing (Meta Ads + UGC) and are looking for someone who can coordinate, organise, and execute our creative production pipeline.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Content & Creative Coordinator who can help convert our founder’s creative direction into clear briefs, organised workflows, and timely delivery of ad creatives.This is a high-execution role. You will coordinate between:UGC creator agencyVideo editor(s)FounderMedia buyerYour goal is to ensure consistent weekly creative output for paid ads.Key Responsibilities1. Creative Briefing & Script CoordinationConvert founder’s notes into clear, structured creative briefsWrite talking points, hooks, and on-screen text guidelinesShare briefs with UGC creator agency and ensure understandingRequest retakes, missing clips, or corrections as neededPrepare shot lists and deliverable checklists for every brief2. UGC & Raw Footage ManagementReceive raw footage from creators and check compliance with briefFlag gaps or reshoots immediatelyOrganise all raw clips neatly in Google Drive with naming conventions3. Coordination With EditorCreate an editing brief for each videoEnsure editor delivers:Hook variationsMessaging VariationOn-screen text additions and spell checksFollow up for timely deliveryDo basic QC of edits before founder review4. Project ManagementMaintain the creative production pipeline on TrelloUpload new creatives to drive + Trello cardsMaintain calendars, tracking deadlines and follow-ups to avoid delaysPull basic performance data from internal dashboards (CTR, ROAS, CPC)Prepare a weekly summary for founder review5. Creative Support (Canva and basic video editing tool)Create hook iterations and cutdowns of the main edited videoHelp with occasional small shoots/b-roll capture (phone camera is enough)Assist with content for Amazon/Shopify listings when neededWho You Are1–3 years of experience / internship in content, social media, influencer/UGC coordination, production, or creative opsStrong organisational and coordination skillsGood written EnglishUnderstands reels/TikTok-style videosFamiliar with modern DTC brandsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentLoves content, creative ideas, and problem-solvingNot afraid to chase creators/editors to meet deadlinesBasic Video Editing (Instagram Edits, VN, Capcut) and Canva SkillsNice-To-Have Skills (Not mandatory)Experience with UGC creators or content creationUnderstanding of paid ads formatsCreative thinking for hooks/talking points
