Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team in the Ed-Tech space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C sales, specifically in the Ed-Tech industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for sales and business development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth and expand the company's customer base in the Ed-Tech B2C market.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to ensure the company’s revenue goals are achieved.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close deals with prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience in Ed-Tech B2C Sales: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 2 years specifically in the Ed-Tech industry.
  • Stable Job History: Must have worked for at least 2+ years in the same company.
  • Strong Sales Profiles: A solid track record of success in a sales role is essential.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Educational Background: Candidates should hold a degree in any relevant field (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Com, BBA, MBA in Marketing and Sales preferred).

Preferred Skills:

  • Tech Product Handling: Experience in handling tech products and preliminary knowledge of Lead Scoring and Qualification (LSQ) will be preferred.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience in the K12 domain or above is an added advantage.
  • High-Ticket Sales: Experience handling a ticket size of ₹50,000 or more is a plus.
  • English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are highly desired.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or IT services, with a passion for sales and target achievement.
