Every deployment starts with a pain point, and everything we design is driven by clarity, care, and purpose.The roleWe’re hiring a Python Developer (at least Internship-level experience) who can communicate clearly, think in systems, and solve problems with structure and ownership.You won’t just be writing code - you’ll work alongside product owners and senior developers to break down real-world challenges into clean, modular Python solutions. You’ll be expected to learn fast, think critically, contribute actively, and see things through to delivery.What you'll be doingTranslate problem statements into structured, maintainable Python codeBuild internal modules, APIs, and backend components for intelligent workflowsIntegrate third-party services and REST APIsCollaborate with the team to test, debug, and optimize deploymentsWrite clear documentation for the tools you buildCommunicate updates, blockers, and feedback in a clear, async-first styleWhat we're looking forStrong Python programming skills (academic, project, or internship experience is fine)Good understanding of backend development and API integrationsFamiliarity with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django (academic/project exposure counts)Logical thinking and a sharp eye for problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBonus: Familiarity with LLMs, AI workflows, or a willingness to learn fastBased in or willing to relocate to Kolkata and work onsiteYou'll thrive here ifYou like clarity, ownership, and purpose-driven workYou’re as comfortable talking through a problem as you are writing code for itYou’re proactive, responsible, and don’t need hand-holdingYou’re curious about AI and want to contribute to systems that matterYou'll probably not be a fit ifYou’ve never coded in Python beyond basic scriptsYou avoid discussions around the “why” of a problemYou need rigid specs and handoffs to work effectivelyYou’re not comfortable taking initiative or writing documentationCompensation & WorkstyleSalary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per year (based on skill and fit)Bonuses: Outcome-based performance bonusesWorkstyle: Onsite in Kolkata, async-first and ownership-drivenTeam Culture: No micromanagement.
