Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and integrate software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain Software: Design, develop, and maintain Python applications that support our financial products and services.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with data scientists, financial analysts, and other developers to implement innovative solutions.

Data Management: Handle large datasets, ensuring data integrity and optimizing data processing pipelines.

Security: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive financial data.

Testing and Debugging: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform debugging to ensure high-quality software.

Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed software.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the codebase and software architecture.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Python development.

Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and its libraries.

Familiarity with web frameworks.

Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.

Knowledge of SQL and database management .

Understanding of front-end technologies .

Experience with version control systems .

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial modeling and quantitative analysis.

Knowledge of machine learning and data analysis techniques.

Familiarity with cloud platforms .
