Position: Team Lead – Holiday Process

📍 Location: Zirakpur

🕒 Full-time

We are seeking a Team Lead – Holiday Process to manage a team of holiday executives. The candidate will oversee day-to-day holiday package operations, ensure smooth vendor coordination, and deliver high-quality travel experiences to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coach a team of holiday executives.
  • Design customized itineraries & manage costing.
  • Handle vendor negotiations and confirmations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of holiday bookings, visas, and documentation.
  • Resolve escalations and support agents in closing sales.
  • Report team performance to management.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of experience in holiday operations.
  • Strong destination knowledge and costing ability.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; GDS knowledge preferred.
