Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing resources and driving operational excellence.
Salary Range: ₹4.8–7.2 LPA
Experience Required: Approximately 8 years in operations management or a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Manage resources effectively to meet operational targets and budgetary goals.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance business performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Implement strategies to reduce costs and boost productivity without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for the team.
- Resolve operational challenges and address customer concerns promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Around 8 years of proven experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent multitasking and task prioritisation skills.
