Position: Startup Generalist Intern


Duration: 2 to 6 months


Start Date: Immediate


Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month (based on experience and qualifications)


Location: Gurugram


About the Role:

As a Startup Generalist Intern at iQuanta, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of running a startup. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entrepreneurship, eager to learn, and willing to take on diverse challenges. You will work closely with different teams and contribute to multiple projects, gaining valuable insights into the operations of a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with Operations: Support day-to-day operations across different functional areas, including but not limited to marketing, product development, customer support, and administration.
  • Contribute to Projects: Collaborate with team members on various projects, such as market research, content creation, and event planning.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, managing databases, and preparing reports.
  • Participate in Brainstorming Sessions: Contribute creative ideas and insights during brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving.
  • Assist with Customer Support: Engage with customers via email, chat, or phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and user engagement.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Adapt to New Challenges: Be adaptable and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the company's goals and objectives.



Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of startup culture, entrepreneurship, and business fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Prior internship experience in a startup environment is a plus but not required.
