Business Registration:  We assist with the formation of various legal entities, including LLCs, corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships.  

  

Licensing and Permits: We help businesses obtain the necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally within their industry and jurisdiction.  

  

Compliance Management: Staying compliant with local, state, and federal regulations is crucial for every business.  

 

Responsibilities: 

 

1. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files. 

 

2. Conduct research on various topics related to the company’s industry, competitors, and market trends. 

 

3. Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence for the founder. 

 

4. Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed. 

 

5. Support the founder in managing communication channels, including email correspondence and phone calls. 

 

6. Help maintain the founder’s professional network by managing contacts and facilitating introductions. 

 

7. Provide general assistance and support to the founder as needed, including ad hoc projects and tasks. 

 

Role: 

 

The founder’s office intern plays a crucial role in supporting the founder in various aspects of their day-to-day activities and responsibilities. They serve as a key resource for administrative tasks, research, communication, and project coordination, enabling the founder to focus on strategic priorities and decision-making. This role offers valuable exposure to the inner workings of a fast-paced startup environment and provides opportunities for professional growth and learning under the mentorship of the founder.
